MOUNTAIN STATES APPRAISAL AND CONSULTING, INC. is a Boise based fully staffed, commercial real estate appraisal and consulting firm established in 1973.
Clients include mortgage lenders, savings and loan associations, and commercial banks lending in Southern Idaho. Additionally, our company clientele includes private investors, corporations, government agencies, and developers involved in real estate in the Northwestern United States.

We also provide appraisals of special-purpose and unique properties including conservation easements, eminent domain, feasibility analysis, and real estate consultation.
